Andy Griffin's roots run deep in Haldimand County. Raised on a small rural farm just outside Dunnville, he grew up learning the values of hard work, personal responsibility, and the importance of helping your neighbours. Those values continue to guide both his personal life and his approach to leadership.
Although Andy and his family now live just outside the county, Haldimand remains the centre of his daily life. His businesses continue to operate here, he works in the community five to six days a week, and his family, friends, employees, customers, and lifelong connections are here. His commitment to Haldimand isn't defined by a mailing address, it's defined by more than four decades of living, working, building, and giving back to the community he is proud to call home.

When Andy isn't working or out in the community, his favourite place to be is at home with his wife Ashley, their daughter Isabella, and their dog Lola, who rarely misses an adventure.
As a young family, life is about enjoying the simple things: going for walks, spending time by the pool, exploring local parks and trails, and making memories together.
Those everyday moments are a constant reminder of why strong communities matter. Andy believes Haldimand County should continue to be a place where families can put down roots, children can grow up safely, and future generations have every opportunity to succeed.
